Patrick brings over 34 years of successful medical imaging industry experience and a highly specialized skill set to the MXR Ultrasound Division of MXR Imaging, Inc.  After excelling in the role of Ultrasound Specialist for several years, Patrick was promoted to Director of Ultrasound Imaging. 

Previous experience includes founder of Great Lakes Medical Equipment;   Founder and President of Progressive Medical Equipment, dealer/broker. Patrick was a Modality Executive with Toshiba America Medical Systems in their Ultrasound Division.  He became a channel partner with Philips Medical where he created Innovative Medical Equipment, a dealer/broker in Ultrasound and C-Arm.

Patrick possesses a BBA/MBA.



Arlana Franklin

Arlana’s background includes decades of Ultrasound experience as Sonographer, Researcher, Instructor, and Clinical Applications Specialist.  For the last 20 years she has served several biotech companies and has been teaching ultrasound. Her technical skills include OB/GYN, Cardiology, Vascular, MSK, TCD, Pediatric Abdomen and Echocardiography, Neonatal Head, Orthopedic as well as Veterinary Ultrasound.

Registered Sonographer for over 25 years with ARDMS for Abdomen, Small Parts, and OB/GYN, as well as over 23 years with RDCS for Cardiac and Vascular Ultrasound. Certifications achieved through Institute of Ultrasound Diagnostics, and School of Cardiac Ultrasound, Arizona Heart Institute. Science Degree achieved through Midwestern State University.




John White

John has over 30 years of experience in the medical industry working for OEMs such as Acuson, Toshiba, Phillips, and GE. In 2001 he formed SoundVision, a company that sold and installed ultrasound systems and trained veterinarians throughout the United States.




David Hoggle RDMS, RVT

David has a wealth of direct care ultrasound experience, having managed a large (900 Bed) tertiary care center ultrasound department.


He also has 20+ years of experience in the commercial ultrasound industry.


He has experience in all POC ultrasound markets including Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia, IRAD, Critical Care, OB/GYN, Vascular Access and MSK.




Ronald Kerna RDCS, RVT

Ronald has 30+ years of clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound, having traveled extensively performing cardiac ultrasound examinations.


Ron has extensive commercial ultrasound experience and has been closely involved in the POC market including Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia, Critical Care, Vascular Access and MSK.




Rollie Austin

Rollie has over 35 years of experience in the ultrasound industry and today is presenting the POCUS technology of SonoScape, a manufacturer of trolley-size ultrasound systems.




Martin Harris RDMS

Martin has been in the Ultrasound Industry for over 32 years.  A Graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill he later successfully completed the Post Graduate program in Medical Sonics at Bowman Gray Medical School a division of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem NC and later received his RDMS.


Martin is the Founder and President of Bio-Core Inc as Bio-Core Specializes in the Sales and Service of Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound and related products.  Bio-Core also markets products under the Wisonic USA label where we Specialize in Point of Care, Touchscreen and Laptop Ultrasound systems.
